The venue for the 2012 CPEM is the Gaylord National Resort, a beautiful new hotel located on the Potomac River just minutes outside of Washington D.C. Participants are encouraged to stay at the conference hotel which is located near Reagan National Airport and our nation’s capital.
A Conference Rate of $155 per night (excludes
taxes and resort fee) has been negotiated with the Gaylord
National Hotel for conference attendees.

– Saturday, July 7, 2012 (based on availability)
*There is a $15.00 per day per room Resort Fee which includes wired & wireless internet access in your hotel room and lobby/atrium space, local and 1-800 telephone calls (1st 20 minutes), newspaper, daily beverages, local shuttle services and use of the Fitness Center.
A credit card is required at the time of the
reservation equal to one night’s Room & Tax in order to
hold/guarantee each individual reservation. You
may also reserve a room online through the conference
website. The hotel’s standard check-in time is 3:00pm
and checkout is at 12:00 noon. The cut-off date for hotel
reservations at the conference rate is Thursday, June, 7, 2012
or when the reserved block of rooms sells out (whichever comes
