Attention: The deadline for satellite meeting arrangements has passed. If you need to schedule a satellite meeting, please proceed as described below, however, be advised that space can only be reserved between Monday, June 9th and Friday, noon, June 13th. Requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

A number of satellite meetings are being held before, during, and after CPEM 2008. Some meetings are official and attendance is by invitation only while other meetings are more informal. All of the meetings are being held in rooms with limited capacity and attendance must be confirmed with the meeting chair in advance. All satellite meetings will be held at the Omni Interlocken Resort. 

If you would like to arrange for a satellite meeting at CPEM 2008 you should contact the Local Arrangements Chair, Mike Kelley, at mkelley@boulder.nist.gov to reserve meeting space.  Please supply the following information:

Date
Time (start and stop)
Anticipated attendance
Setup style (e.g. U-shape conference table, theater seating, etc.)
A/V requirements (e.g. projection screen, overhead projector, projector for PC)
Subject/Title of meeting
Meeting organizer/contact (with email address)

Meeting organizers will receive approval from Mike Kelley, and then will receive detailed room information from Centennial Conferences.  Please note that CPEM 2008 will supply the room, but any A/V equipment and/or refreshments must be arranged directly with the hotel and must be paid for by the satellite meeting organizer. 

Instructions for interacting with the Omni Interlocken Hotel will be provided with the information about room assignments.
